T.R.P has a staff team of approximately 18 people. There are various departments throughout our facility including management team, therapeutic team, admin team, house-keeping team and maintenance team. Below is a brief synopsis of these departments broken down into teams.
Management Team
Pat Daly: manages the day to day running of all aspects of the project. He has over 20 years experience of working within the addiction field and has worked in numerous residential and day programme settings. He is also a fully active member of the I.A.A.A.C.
Lisa Wynne: is the Team Leader at T.R.P and has been working here since 2005. She has been working in the field of addiction for ten years and has worked in both residential and community rehabilitation settings.
Joan Cleere-Neville:is the Financial Administrator for T.R.P, Joan looks after the accounts, budgets, funding and promotion of the company. Joan comes from a background of accountancy and management in the private sector. She joined Tallaght Rehabilitation Project in 2005
Kim Kehoe: is the Health and Safety Officer and also our Housekeeping Supervisor. As well as been responsible for the health and safety of all facility users, she is also responsible for the smooth running of the house-keeping team and cater’s for our staff, participants and visitors. Kim has been working in T.R.P since 2000.
Catherine O Connor:Is the FAS C.E. Supervisor. The main aspects of her job is to provide C.E. participants with support and assistance needed to progress into further education or full time employment. She joined Tallaght Rehabilitation Project in 2006. Catherine supervises a staff team of eight participants.
Therapeutic Team
Sheila Bowes: has been working at T.R.P. since 2005. She is a senior member of staff and is involved in delivering all aspects of the programme. She has previously worked in community programmes.
Jamie Byrne: has been involved with T.R.P since 2003, She is now a senior staff member and is involved in all aspects of the programme. She has completed training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, facilitation skills and Mental Health training.
Carla Gunnery:has been working in T.R.P. since 2007 and her roles include key-working, group facilitation and delivery of Relapse Prevention modules. Carla has successfully achieved a Diploma in counselling and psychotherapy studies. She has also completed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and addiction studies.
Aftercare Team
Mick Williams: is the supervisor of our new Tallaght wide Aftercare Facility. Mick has nine years experience working in the field of addiction and has been instrumental in establishing aftercare services for a number of projects.
Deidre Murphy: Deidre is a valued member of our Aftercare Team and works part-time to assist Mick in delivering a continuum of care to our aftercare service users.
Cora Kelly: Cora joined Tallaght wide Aftercare staff team in April 2011. She has just completed three years of studies in the addiction field. Cora also worked for T.R.P. on a voluntary basis for fifteen months form 2009 to 2010.
Colm Fitzpatrick: Colm is our C.E. trainee aftercare project worker. Colm has started the second year of his Diploma in Community Drug work with U.C.D. and Án Cosán . He is trained to provide auricular acupunture level one.
Administration Team
Joanne Jago: is the Administration C.E. Assistant Supervisor for T.R.P. Joanne is also an integral part of the fundraising committee for T.R.P. The main aspect of Joanne’s job is to assist Catherine in the administration area. Joanne joined T.R.P in 2008.
Niamh Kavanagh:is our Assistant Financial Administrator. Her role is to assist Joan with the financial aspects of T.R.P. Niamh came on board in February 2010.
Therese Mc Donnagh: is our morning receptionist. Therese’s role includes welcoming participants & visitors to Kiltalown House and is also a valued member of our administration team. Therese Joined T.R.P in May 2011.
Jayne Collopy: is the afternoon receptionist at T.R.P. Jayne’s role includes maintaining our website and general administration duties. Jayne joined T.R.P in January 2011.
Maintenance Team
William Kane: Is the gardener. His duties are to upkeep the gardens and some house maintenance. William started with T.R.P. in September 2011.
Security Officer
Christy Boylan Is the security officer at Kiltalown House. His duties include securing the premesis of T.R.P. directing visitors into the building and general security duties. Christy joined T.R.P. in March of 2012.
